Our Story

After spending 8 years installing and repairing various brands of taximeters, it was easy to see the world was ready for a new, up-to-date, problem-free taximeter. The old ones were bulky and unattractive, difficult to install and calibrate, and expensive. So we developed our own taximeter in 2009.

Today

Today, tens of thousands of iElectron taximeters are in use across Canada, the United States, Puerto Rico, and New Zealand. We have received countless positive reviews from our customers, who tell us our products are a notch above other competing products.
