Warranty
All iElectron hardware products (MT-10 Taximeter, Taximeter GPS, Taximeter Pulse Divider MD-10) come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.
Returns
If you need to return a product, please contact us first at sales@ielectron.ca. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within one month. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returned items should be in their original condition with all accessories.
Digital Products
Installation manuals and other non-physical/digital goods (such as the MT-10 Taximeter Installation Manual and Education Video, which is delivered by email after payment) are not covered by this return policy. Because these items are delivered electronically, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.
